Hoodoo Steelhead Package Itinerary:

 

Day 1

Arrival and overnight stay in Anchorage.

 

Day 2

Flight to Cold Bay from Anchorage via Peninsula Airways scheduled flights. You will be met at the Cold Bay airport by a Hoodoo Lodge representative.  From Cold Bay you will be transported by private floatplane directly to the Hoodoo Sport Fishing Lodge on the Hoodoo River.  This flight is exceptionally beautiful with typical brown bear and caribou sightings.

 

Once at the lodge you will be welcomed by our incredible staff, have a chance to get comfortable, prepare for some world class sport fishing, and an unforgettable Alaskan adventure.

 

Days 3-8

Enjoy the excellent fishing, beautiful scenery, and excellent hospitality Hoodoo has to offer.  Your days will be split between fishing out of the lodge daily with jet boats or doing two - three day raft trips on the river.  Water conditions typically dictate which scenario is optimal for producing great steelhead fishing.  We will structure the final fishing plan with you personally to make sure your adventure is everything it can possibly be.

 

Day 9

Enjoy another floatplane/flight seeing trip in Hoodoos private floatplane from Hoodoo Sport Fishing Lodge to Cold Bay and then continue on to Anchorage via Peninsula Airways scheduled flights.

 

Day 10

Return to the real world with your newly created memories.
